How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butterfly chicken breast halves and place opened in baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with your favorite seasoning. Put a layer of spiach, and mozzarella cheese on the bottom part of each chicken breast. Fold the top of the breast over the filling, and place a toothpick at the edge to keep it closed. Top the closed chicken with garlic pepper salt , remaining cheese and spinach, and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese browns lightly. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. I like to add a little parsley on top to make it look prettier.

this recipe was useless. the only reason it came out good was cause i had to improv and even at the end the chicken ended up being partially raw. so, i'm glad i can't rate - or just haven't found a rate button cause i'd give you a zero if i could. needs a little bit more of a better explanation. i understand you have a baby, but there's such a thing as a playpen.
