- 4 lg boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 16 oz can of spinach shopping list
- 12oz shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 4tbsp of grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 8 mushrooms helved shopping list
- 4 tsp garlic pepper salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butterfly chicken breast halves and place opened in baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with your favorite seasoning. Put a layer of spiach, and mozzarella cheese on the bottom part of each chicken breast. Fold the top of the breast over the filling, and place a toothpick at the edge to keep it closed. Top the closed chicken with garlic pepper salt , remaining cheese and spinach, and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese browns lightly. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. I like to add a little parsley on top to make it look prettier.
