Cashew Brittle Recipe

This just uses5 ingredients and is addtictive.

Ingredients
- 1/2 #butter (no Subs.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T. water
- 1 T. Vanilla
- 1 can cashews(the12 oz size. I buy broken one's)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in saucepan except cashews.
- Bring to a boil and boil 10 min. or until a golden brown.
- Have a buttered jelly roll pan ready .
- Pour cahews into saucepan and quickly mix together.
- Quickly pourinto prepared pan. Cool. Excellent.
