Cashew Brittle Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put all ingredients in saucepan except cashews.
  • Bring to a boil and boil 10 min. or until a golden brown.
  • Have a buttered jelly roll pan ready .
  • Pour cahews into saucepan and quickly mix together.
  • Quickly pourinto prepared pan. Cool. Excellent.
