Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1cup chopped walnuts (or any type of nuts, chopped)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup of butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Mixture:
  • 8oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 of a lrg tub of cool whip
  • Topping:
  • 1 pkg butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups of milk

Directions
  1. Crust:
  2. Press the ingredients into a 9x12 pan
  3. Bake at 350* until browned (aprox 5-6 mins)
  4. Cool for 10-15 mins
  5. Mixture:
  6. Spread evenly over crust when crust is cooled down
  7. Topping:
  8. When pudding is set, spread over cream cheese mixture.
  9. You can also place the other half of the tub of cool whip on top of cake and spread more chopped nuts on it for more sweetness.
  10. Store in fridge before you serve
  11. Other alternatives for the mixture::
  12. Minus the above, and use these instead
  13. 2 pkgs of philidelphia cream cheese, softened
  14. add 2 tsp vanilla extract
  15. one full lemon, squeezed
  16. 1 condensed milk can
