How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Press the ingredients into a 9x12 pan
  • Bake at 350* until browned (aprox 5-6 mins)
  • Cool for 10-15 mins
  • Mixture:
  • Spread evenly over crust when crust is cooled down
  • Topping:
  • When pudding is set, spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • You can also place the other half of the tub of cool whip on top of cake and spread more chopped nuts on it for more sweetness.
  • Store in fridge before you serve
  • Other alternatives for the mixture::
  • Minus the above, and use these instead
  • 2 pkgs of philidelphia cream cheese, softened
  • add 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • one full lemon, squeezed
  • 1 condensed milk can
