Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1cup chopped walnuts (or any type of nuts, chopped) shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup of butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar shopping list
- Mixture: shopping list
- 8oz softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 1/2 of a lrg tub of Cool Whip shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 pkg butterscotch instant pudding shopping list
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 2 cups of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Press the ingredients into a 9x12 pan
- Bake at 350* until browned (aprox 5-6 mins)
- Cool for 10-15 mins
- Mixture:
- Spread evenly over crust when crust is cooled down
- Topping:
- When pudding is set, spread over cream cheese mixture.
- You can also place the other half of the tub of cool whip on top of cake and spread more chopped nuts on it for more sweetness.
- Store in fridge before you serve
- Other alternatives for the mixture::
- Minus the above, and use these instead
- 2 pkgs of philidelphia cream cheese, softened
- add 2 tsp vanilla extract
- one full lemon, squeezed
- 1 condensed milk can
