Ingredients
  • 4 quarts cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Directions
  1. Cut cukes into 1 inch pieces after they have been peeled and seeded.
  2. Cook cukes in water until tender - then drain.
  3. Cook all ingredients in pot for 15 minutes and process in canning jars (water bath.)
