PARMESAN ITALIAN DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hakes Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and process for 20 seconds.
