Indoor sorta-grilled Style Meat

- Any spice mixes for bbq-ing meat shopping list
- beef, chicken, fish, pork, etc. shopping list
- oil or Pam spray shopping list
How to make it
- Get the meat thawed, ready to cook
- Pre-heat your pan to a medium-hot setting, just about the time it starts to get smoky
- Put a small amount of oil in the heated pan or spray a thick coating of Pam evenly.
- Sprinkle generously your spices on the hot oiled pan. It will immediately start to burn. That's when you put the meat on the burned spices and continue to cook it.
- When ready to flip the meat over, lift, re-oil, re-sprinkle the spices and put uncooked side down till done.
- This gives the meat the taste and look of it being bbq-d without using your grill. Of course, it isn't the same, but will do nicely.
