Ingredients
  • 1 pint Strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jello
  • 1 container cool whip

Directions
  1. mix together sugar and cornstarch
  2. add water, cook till thick
  3. add jello and mix till desolved
  4. let cool
  5. cut strawberries in half put in cooked pie shell
  6. pour cooled mixture over berries
  7. Top with cool whip
