How to make it

  • Combine avocado, mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper;

  • Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
  • Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with blue corn chips, black bean chips or other tortilla chips as desired.
