Mango Avacado Salsa

- 2 avocados, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp lime juice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp sea salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine avocado, mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper;
- toss gently
- Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with blue corn chips, black bean chips or other tortilla chips as desired.

- This salsa mkes a great topping for seafood dishes like fish, scallops and shrimp.

- Tip: Chilled mango is easier to chop and serve in salsa
