Again "Fruits & Veggies More Matters sent me a great recipe. This would be great on grilled fish or chicken.

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine avocado, mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper;
  2. toss gently
  3. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
  4. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with blue corn chips, black bean chips or other tortilla chips as desired.

  7. This salsa mkes a great topping for seafood dishes like fish, scallops and shrimp.

  9. Tip: Chilled mango is easier to chop and serve in salsa
