How to make it

  • Clean and boil the whole cauliflower,for 20 minutes.
  • Do not over cook.
  • Drain
  • Make the sauce,brown the bacon
  • Remove the bacon from the pan and all but 3 tablespoons of the fat.
  • Saute the onion in the fat.
  • Add sugar,salt,vinegar,and pepper
  • Heat
  • Pour sauce hot over the cauliflower and sprinkle with bacon bits and sunflower seeds if you like.
