How to make it

  • Slice green tomatoes about a 1/4 inch thick
  • mix salt, pepper and garlic power with the crackers
  • dip tomatoes in milk if needed to moisten
  • coat both sides in crackers or put it all in a bag and shake
  • fry on med heat till golden brown
