Paprika Cream Chicken

- 750g chicken pieces shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon of oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of butter shopping list
- 2 Medium onions, sliced shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 3 Teaspoons paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 3/4 Cup (185ml) chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 Cup (65ml) cream shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 1-2 Heads of broccoli, cubed shopping list
- Chopped parsley to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil and butter in a flameproof casserole, add onions and garlic and sautee until onions are transparent.
- Stir in half the paprka.
- Add chicken pices and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add broccoli, potatoes, salt, pepper and strock and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Mix remaining paprika with cream, then fol into the casserole and stir to mix smoothly.
- Heat but do not boil, and serve sprinkled with parsley
