How to make it

  • Heat oil and butter in a flameproof casserole, add onions and garlic and sautee until onions are transparent.
  • Stir in half the paprka.
  • Add chicken pices and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add broccoli, potatoes, salt, pepper and strock and bring to the boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  • Mix remaining paprika with cream, then fol into the casserole and stir to mix smoothly.
  • Heat but do not boil, and serve sprinkled with parsley
