Deep Sea Salad Dressing

Grandma didn't give us many measurements in many of her recipes. This is reminiscent of a 1000 island style dressing to use on a cold fish salad.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice (fresh) shopping list
- 4 tbsp of catsup shopping list
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped shopping list
- *I add cayenne pepper. up to 1/2 tsp depending the fish* shopping list
- *I add a bit of minced onion* shopping list
How to make it
- Combine and mix with cold poached salmon chunks, grilled tuna or another cold salad fish.
- We have used it on shrimp, scant amount of cayenne and on smoked mullet pieces, lots of cayenne. It is up to you.
- Minced celery is a good addtion, texturally.
