How to make it

  • Combine and mix with cold poached salmon chunks, grilled tuna or another cold salad fish.
  • We have used it on shrimp, scant amount of cayenne and on smoked mullet pieces, lots of cayenne. It is up to you.
  • Minced celery is a good addtion, texturally.
