Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp of lemon juice (fresh)

4 tbsp of catsup

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

*I add cayenne pepper. up to 1/2 tsp depending the fish*

*I add a bit of minced onion*

Directions

Combine and mix with cold poached salmon chunks, grilled tuna or another cold salad fish.

We have used it on shrimp, scant amount of cayenne and on smoked mullet pieces, lots of cayenne. It is up to you.

Minced celery is a good addtion, texturally.
