I obtained this recipe from an estate sale in 1997. I have not tried these, but they sound really good to me. Let me know if you try them. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cream oil, sugar and egg.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  5. Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
