How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Cream oil, sugar and egg.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  • Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  • Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.
  • Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
