Donut Muffins

I obtained this recipe from an estate sale in 1997. I have not tried these, but they sound really good to me. Let me know if you try them. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cream oil, sugar and egg.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.
- Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
