Donut Muffins Recipe

	Chefmeow / All my dishes 1 year, 5 months ago I obtained this recipe from an estate sale in 1997. I have not tried these, but they sound really good to me. Let me know if you try them. Enjoy Prep:10m Cook:30m Servings:12	Chefmeow

Ingredients

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1-1/2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Cream oil, sugar and egg.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.

Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
