Grand Marnier Dip

- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a small saucepan combine egg yolks, sugar and salt.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in liqueur then allow to cool.
- Beat cream until stiff peaks form then fold into liqueur mixture just until combined.
- Cover and chill 2 hours then serve with assorted fresh fruits.
