How to make it

  • In a small saucepan combine egg yolks, sugar and salt.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat and stir in liqueur then allow to cool.
  • Beat cream until stiff peaks form then fold into liqueur mixture just until combined.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours then serve with assorted fresh fruits.
