Power Salad Recipe
This is a great summer or anytime salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 c romaine lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato or 1./2 c cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c broccoli
  • 1/4 c onion
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 c walnuts
  • 1/4 c craisins
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salad dressing of your choice. (I like Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar.)

Directions
  1. Chop all vegetables.
  2. Rub the clove of garlic around a large bowl to coat.
  3. Toss all ingredients, and enjoy.
