Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chop the herbs (doesn't need to be too fine) and put in a double boiler (or I use one of those small crock pots) with the oil.
  • Heat on low for two hours.
  • Cool, then strain through several layers of cheesecloth until you've removed most of the plant bits.
  • Put it back in double boiler or crock pot, and add the beeswax.
  • Melt together.
  • Cool again.
  • Before it becomes solid, pour into a clean jar.
  • Keep in refrigerator to avoid mold.
  • Great for bug bites, bee stings, blisters, scrapes, burns!
