Avocado Stuffed With Tuna Recipe
This is an easy and filling Peruvian dish. Most people eat this as an appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp celery, chopped
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Halve the avocados and take out seed (also peel off skin)
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the avocados and salt to taste
  3. In a separate bowl flake tuna and add peas, celery and mayo
  4. Fill each avocado with the tuna mix and decorate it with a slice of egg
  5. Place each avocado over a bed of lettuce
