Avocado stuffed with Tuna Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Halve the avocados and take out seed (also peel off skin)
  • Squeeze lime juice over the avocados and salt to taste
  • In a separate bowl flake tuna and add peas, celery and mayo
  • Fill each avocado with the tuna mix and decorate it with a slice of egg
  • Place each avocado over a bed of lettuce
