Ingredients
  • 1 Rib Eye Strip (10#) Best if cut by a butcher
  • 4 oz garlic juice
  • Dry Season Mix (see below)
  • Glaze Mix (see below)

Directions
  1. In a cup, dilute garlic juice in 4 oz of water. Inject into the various parts of the rib eye using a syringe (35cc syringe & 2 /12 inch needle) .
  2. Sprinkle the dry seasoning generously on the entire rib eye.
  3. Cook with indirect heat in hooded BBQ for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
  4. While your rib eye is roasting baste with glaze mix 15 minutes prior to completion. This allows the glaze to set and slightly crystallize.
  5. Slice about 1" thick and serve. Bon appétit!
  6. Dry mix
  7. • 10 oz . salt
  8. • 10 oz . garlic powder
  9. • 5 oz. pepper
  10. • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  11. Mix all together and put in your favorite shaker.
  12. Glaze Mix
  13. • 1/2 cup catsup
  14. • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  15. • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  16. • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  17. Mix all ingrediants together
