Hot Grilled Chicken With Fresh Cold Topping Recipe
A great hot chicken with a cold topping.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped or cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. minced basil (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. capers

Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken in the garlic, lemon, olive oil and rosemary.
  2. Grill until ready to serve.
  3. Meanwhile mix together the sauce, the tomatoes, basil, vinegar and capers.
  4. Serve this sauce over the hot chicken.
