Hot Grilled Chicken with Fresh Cold Topping

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsp. rosemary shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, chopped or cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. minced basil (fresh) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. capers shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the chicken in the garlic, lemon, olive oil and rosemary.
- Grill until ready to serve.
- Meanwhile mix together the sauce, the tomatoes, basil, vinegar and capers.
- Serve this sauce over the hot chicken.
