This also goes with my taco recipe. It's basically a pico de gallo/Salsa recipe but better. :-)

Ingredients
  • 1 fresh Jalapeno
  • 1/2 Medium Onion
  • 1/2 Large Green Pepper
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1/4 bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 Lime (squeezed)
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • Oregano (4-5 shakes)
  • Cumin (8-10 shakes)
  • Minced Garlic (3 shakes)
  • Garlic Salt (2 shakes)
  • Pepper and Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Cut up everything small.
  2. Combine in bowl and season.
  3. Let sit for 15 miuntes stir and taste.
  4. Reseason if needed.
