How to make it

  • Prepare ahead:
  • Pound pork with back of cleaver to 1” thick, then cut into 1” squares. Soak in marinade for at least 1/2 hour. Cut green peppers into halves, remove the seeds and cut into 1” squares. Cut pineapple into 1” squares.
  • Prepare seasoning sauce.
  • Cook:
  • Heat 3 cups oil. Coat pork with cornstarch and brown for 3 minutes or until brown. Remove and drain. Using a wok, use 2 tablespoons of oil, stir fry peppers. Add pineapple, stirring constantly. Add seasoning sauce and stir until it thickens. Add the pork
