Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 6 oz. package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups water, divided
  • 3/4 cups onions
  • 1 (8oz) package mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 1/4 cups waterand onions
  3. Shape into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick
  4. Place in 15x10x1 inch bakeing pan
  5. Bake 25 mins or until done
  6. While thats bakeing spray skillet with cooking spray
  7. Add mushrooms cook till lightly browned.
  8. Add barbecue sauce and remaining 1/4 cup water.
  9. Reduce heat to low
  10. Cook 1 to 2 mins or until sauce is heated through.
  11. Serve over patties
