How to make it

  • ********************** chicken**************
  • in a medium bowl, beat egg with milk.
  • in a separate medium bowl, mix bread crumbs and pecans .
  • season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • spread with dijon mustard and coat lightly with flour.
  • dip into egg mixture, then pecan mixture, pressing to coat well.
  • heat oil in a non stick saute pan and add chicken.
  • saute until golden brown on both sides, turning only once.
  • remove to a baking dish.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • note ;............. I serve this with the banana salsa, smashed potatoes and fresh green beans with onions
