Ingredients
  • Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over 1 cup quick oatmeal Set aside till Lukewarm. While cooling mix:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 Tsp. Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • ADD:Oatmeal and water Bkae 350 for 35-45 minutes in 9x 13 pan

Directions
  1. FROSTING:
  2. 1/4 cup oleo or butter
  3. 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  4. 3 Tbs. Milk
  5. 3/4 cup coconut
  6. 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  7. Spread evenly onto cake put under broiler 3-4 minutes
