Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (sultanas, dried apricots)
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 small green apple
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • fresh fruit (mango, banana)
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • honey to sweeten

Directions
  1. In a bowl pour orange juice over rolled oats and dried fruit. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Add nuts, grated apple, yoghurt, lemon juice and fresh fruit and mix together.
  3. Serve sweetened with honey for a beautiful breakfast.
