Birchers Muesli

- 1/2 cup rolled oats shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (sultanas, dried apricots) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds) shopping list
- 1 small green apple shopping list
- 1/3 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt shopping list
- fresh fruit (mango, banana) shopping list
- squeeze of lemon juice shopping list
- honey to sweeten shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl pour orange juice over rolled oats and dried fruit. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Add nuts, grated apple, yoghurt, lemon juice and fresh fruit and mix together.
- Serve sweetened with honey for a beautiful breakfast.
