idk i found it somwhere and made it and loved it and now ima sharin it! anyways this delish sports drink is sooo easy to make and cheap to! works too! lol bye!
Ingredients
- A glass or bottle shopping list
- 4 tsp of sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp of flavoring shopping list
- 8 oz of water shopping list
- (flavorings) shopping list
- Unsweetened Kool-Aid shopping list
- fruit juice shopping list
- ReaLemon shopping list
- TIP>>Never add more than 4 tsp of sugar to 8 oz of water shopping list
How to make it
- Get a clean glass or bottle to hold ingredients.
- Add everything together.
- Stir in ice or use cool water
- Mix thoroughly
- Drink! Yumm!
- (cool thing is, the lemon one (my fav) looks just like water!)
