Ingredients
  • 1 pkg white or rye quick bread mix
  • 1 bottle dark beer or ale
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Turn batter out into a greased and floured bread pan and bake 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
