Easy Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

3 squares of semi-sweet chocolate chopped

1 1/4 cups of light brown sugar

1 cup of heavy cream

1 tablespoon of cream de cocoa liquor

a dash of salt

Directions

in a double boiler over low heat combine all ingredients stirring ocassionally until melted and smooth.

you may transfer the mixture to a fondue pot just watch the heat so it doesnt scortch.

Dippers:

fresh fruit, pound cake, marshmellows, etc... to dip
