How to make it

  • Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth then beat in artichokes, parmesan and onion.
  • Lightly spray tops of mushrooms with cooking spray and spoon cheese mixture into caps.
  • Combine bread crumbs and oil then sprinkle over mushrooms.
  • Grill covered over indirect medium heat for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
