Artichoke Mushroom Caps

- 3 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 6-1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 25 large fresh mushrooms stems removed shopping list
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth then beat in artichokes, parmesan and onion.
- Lightly spray tops of mushrooms with cooking spray and spoon cheese mixture into caps.
- Combine bread crumbs and oil then sprinkle over mushrooms.
- Grill covered over indirect medium heat for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
