INCREDIBLE SNACK MIX This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the McBride Estate in Austin, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 2 cups bugles shopping list
- 2 cups cheese flavored snack crackers shopping list
- 2 cups pretzel sticks shopping list
- 1 cup Corn Chex shopping list
- 1 cup bite size shredded wheat shopping list
- 1 cup pecan halves shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine first six ingredients.
- In another bowl combine butter, syrup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning and cayenne.
- Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat then transfer to ungreased baking pan.
- Bake uncovered at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
