Bread and Butter Pudding

- 5 croissants, ripped up shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 vanilla pod scraped shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 125ml sugar shopping list
- 200g milk chocolate shopping list
- 50g pecan nuts shopping list
- 2 bananas shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat the oven to 180ÂșC
- Put the croissants into an oven proof dish
- Mix together the milk, vanilla, eggs and sugar
- Gently heat until just starting to thicken
- Pour over the croissants
- Top with the chocolate, pecans and bananas
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown
