Butter Pecan Ice Cream Cake

This is a recipe I came up with to use up some pecan sandie cookies.
Ingredients
- 15 or so of pecan sandie cookies shopping list
- enough melted butter to hold crumbs together aprox 4 or 5 tablespoons shopping list
- 1 quart butter pecan ice cream,softened shopping list
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping shopping list
How to make it
- Crush cookies in ziplock bag till you get fine crumbs.Place in bowl.
- Add in enough butter till holds together and can make a crust (like a graham cracker pie crust).Set aside 1/2 a cup.
- In 9" square cake pan pat in crumbs to form a crust.
- Drizzle ice cream topping all over bottom.
- Slice ice cream in slices n fit into pan, smooth top.
- Drizzle some more ice cream topping over top n sprinkle with reserved crumbs.Freeze several hours, covered.
