Butter Pecan Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

15 or so of pecan sandie cookies

enough melted butter to hold crumbs together aprox 4 or 5 tablespoons

1 quart butter pecan ice cream,softened

1 jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions

Crush cookies in ziplock bag till you get fine crumbs.Place in bowl.

Add in enough butter till holds together and can make a crust (like a graham cracker pie crust).Set aside 1/2 a cup.

In 9" square cake pan pat in crumbs to form a crust.

Drizzle ice cream topping all over bottom.

Slice ice cream in slices n fit into pan, smooth top.

Drizzle some more ice cream topping over top n sprinkle with reserved crumbs.Freeze several hours, covered.
