How to make it

  • Trim most of the fat off (really) Lay fat side up in foil lined pan
  • poke your knife into the brisket in 4 places and push in garlic wedge
  • spread soup on top of brisket
  • Sprinkle herbs evenly over soup
  • Spread black olives evenly over all
  • Wrap tightly with foil \bake @250 one hour per pound or somewhat less if you want it firmer.
  • Don’t leave anything out just because it sounds weird, the flavours work well together when cooked..
  • There will be a lot of gravy, thicken and season if needed.
