FruitCheese tarts

- 24 tart shells, baked and cooled shopping list
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup Realemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the cream cheese. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Add Realemon and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon into cooled tart shells. Let set for 3 hrs in fridge.
- When ready to serve garnish with strawberry slices, kiwi slices and mandarin orange slices (or whatever fruit is in season).
- These look beautiful on trays. I always make sure to place the fruit in the same pattern for each tart.
