This was my husband's favorite growing up.

Ingredients
  • 1 (3oz) pkg of sliced dried beef
  • 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5-6 slices of bacon, uncooked
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions
  1. Run cold water over dried beef; drain and arrange in the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts over beef; top each with a slice of bacon. Bake uncovered for 30 min. at 350.
  3. Combine condensed soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Bake for 25 more minutes.
