This is a fun, easy dessert that is always good.

Ingredients
  • 2 ½ c. crushed rice chex (measured after crushed)
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 ½ sticks of melted butter
  • ½ gallon of butter pecan or vanilla ice cream

Directions
  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour butter over it.
  2. Press half into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
  3. Next spread the ice cream on the mixture and top with the remaining cereal mixture.
  4. Freeze.
