This is a wonderful appetizer with lots of flavor to serve with crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (125 g) Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 2 c. shredded cheddar (old), room temperature
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash cayenne (or more)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Combine cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder and cayenne in food processor. Sitr in half the nuts. Shape in a roll about 1 1/2 " diameter. Mix chili powder, remaining pecans and paprika together and roll the log in this mixture. Chill. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
