How to make it

  • Chop onion, red pepper and tomato into small cubes
  • Fry onion and butter until soft.
  • Add pepper and tomato
  • Leave mixture for 10 mins
  • Mix chicken stock, flour, dried basil with boiling water
  • Add to frying pan
  • Leave for 5 mins
  • Add a 2 cup fulls of milk and stir for 5 mins
