How to make it

  • Peel and cut shallots, carrots and potatoes into quarters
  • Have oven on about 180 degrees celcius
  • Crush the garlic clove
  • Put all the ingredients loosely in the oven bag
  • Throw in the herbs and a bit of salt and pepper
  • Drizzel olive oil and honey over ingredients
  • Give it a wee toss
  • Cook for about 1 hour, checking on it halfway
