best meringues

i found that all other meringues could not compare to these. they are nice and fluffy and don't burn on the outside while the inside is raw
Ingredients
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 1/2 cup caster sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon van. sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoon cornflour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- beat egg white and sugar on high
- add rest and beat on high for 15 to 20 min. till peaks form
- dust dish with cornflour and pipe meringues on
- bake for one hr on low (110) the key to meringues is to bake the very slow on a low oven
