i found that all other meringues could not compare to these. they are nice and fluffy and don't burn on the outside while the inside is raw

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon van. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water

Directions
  1. beat egg white and sugar on high
  2. add rest and beat on high for 15 to 20 min. till peaks form
  3. dust dish with cornflour and pipe meringues on
  4. bake for one hr on low (110) the key to meringues is to bake the very slow on a low oven
