Rich Strawberry Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 13x9x2 pan with butter and flour, or the cooking spray for baking. (with flour)
  • Mix butter with Jello on med. speed just until combined. Add eggs one at a time, until mixed in. The batter will look separated, but will come together with the cake mix and milk. Add those two items, then 1 1/2 c. of the strawberries.
  • Beat the mixture for 2 mins. on med. speed until lightened in color and fluffy.
  • Turn mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth top and bake until sides pull from pan and cake is springy when pressed.
  • Once cooled, mix all frosting ingred. together until mix is desired consist. Pour or spread onto cake.
