Pumpkin cookies

- Cookie: shopping list
- 1 can pumpkin shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 C. oil shopping list
- 2 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 4 C. flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 4 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsp. milk shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 2 lbs. powedered sugar shopping list
- 8 oz. package cream cheese shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl beat together pumpkin, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and milk, mix well.
- Place on greased baking sheet one inch a part.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- In a seperate bowl beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla to make frosting. (If the frosting is too sweet add a Tbsp. butter).
- When cookies are done baking let cool and when cool spread frosting over them.
- Keep refrigerated.
