Tortellini Soup Recipe

This soup is great on a nice cold day. It is very simple to make, but will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) tortellini
- garlic
- 4 C. uncooked spinach
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 32 oz. small cannelli beans
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- pepper
Directions
- In a large pot cook olive oil, garlic, and spinach over medium heat on the stove.
- Add chicken broth, tomatoes and bean and bring to a boil.
- Then add tortellini and pepper (to taste).
- Cook on medium low heat for 60 minutes or cook on low for a good part of the day.
