How to make it

  • Pulse cole slaw mix in a food processor until finely chopped, or chop by hand. transfer to the medium bowl.
  • Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients (mayo. vinegar, spring onion, sugar cerely salt, white pepper) until smooth.
  • Pour coleslaw dressing
  • over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
