How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Place on lightly greased broiler pan (or BBQ).
  • Broil for about 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked, turning once halfway through broiling.
  • Serve on multigrain bun with lettuce and tomato.

    Mmmm - we love ground turkey burgers. I haven't tried using the ricotta cheese tho'. Sounds mighty tasty. All we eat is chicken, turkey, and fish. The turkey burger recipe I use gets old. Thanks for a new idea for us!
