Cola Chops

Quick and easy supper Diabetic? Use diet cola and Splenda Brown Sugar!
Ingredients
- 8 pork chops shopping list
- 1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage (diet cola) shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar (splenda brown sugar) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cola and ketchup. Pour over chops and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until pork is cooked through and internal temperature has reached 160 degrees F.
