Angel Lush Cake

- 1 pkg sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (I get no sugar added), drained (I think I used 12 oz) shopping list
- 1 cup thawed fat-free or sugar-free (I preferred the SF) Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 angel food cake shopping list
How to make it
- Mix pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl, gently stir in whipped topping.
- Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
- Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Spread 1-1/3 cups of the topping mix onto cake layer.
- Cover with middle cake layer, spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer.
- Top with remaining cake layer and spread with remaining mixture.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- I'll be adding mandarine oranges next time! YUM
