How to make it

  • preeat oven to 325
  • grease and flower bundt pan
  • sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan.
  • in a large bowl place cake mix and pudding mix
  • add rum, water, eggs, and oil
  • mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. until smooth
  • pour mixture into bundt pan and bake at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes
  • remove from oven and pour hot glaze over cake while its still in te pan.
  • The hot glaze will cause the cake to settle
  • cool in pan for 30 minutes then remove to serving plate.
  • Hot Rum Glaze:
  • when cake is almost done
  • place all ingredients in a small sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes, until syrupy.
  • Pour over cake immediately as it comes out of the oven.
