Banadura Salata Bil Kizbara

- 6 medium firm tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves shopping list
- 1 small hot chili shopping list
- 1/2 lemon juiced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Peel tomatoes by placing in a bowl and pouring boiling water over them.
- Pour off water after 10 seconds and peel off skins.
- Slice tomatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
- Cut stalk off chili pepper then slit open and remove seeds and chop finely.
- Combine chopped chili with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Beat in 1/4 cup olive oil then pour over tomatoes and leave 15 minutes before serving.
